Description
Be Complete America already had a Joomla site started, but got burned by their previous web developer. They claimed to know a lot about Joomla, but when it came time to work on the new template, they just couldn't hack it. They just ended up leaving the customer out in the cold. Happy Dog was there to warm them up and get them going again!
